I knew if I spent a couple hours window-shopping in Brattleboro, Vermont yesterday, I’d find the proper scenario for my tenth and final self-portrait marathon submission. I’d never taken a successful reflective profile before, it being so tricky to shoot straight (and at the proper reflective angle) when your head is turned. But with patience and a handful of tries, I got a profile that suits me, one that proves you don’t have to enter a store to try on their wares.

Longtime readers have seen a view of the back of this exotic jewelry and bauble shop: it’s called Brilliance, and you can see its backside at the bottom of this post.

You can see my previous self-portrait submissions here: one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, and nine; a gallery of other self-portraits here; and a slide-show of participant portraits here. Enjoy!
