When it snows in April, you know the crystal-quiet beauty isn’t destined to last.
I took these photos on my way to and from my 8 am class at Keene State; by the time I came home after my 4 pm class, this morning’s frosted trees, sidewalks, streets, and even my unshoveled driveway had melted.
Budding trees give April snowflakes plenty of crevices to cling to, but the spring sun won’t allow snow to stay for long.
For one morning, everything in Keene looked enchanted, a winter wonderland in spring.
