When I say that neither snow nor rain stops intrepid dog-walkers, I mean it. The above image shows Reggie in his guise as the Abominable Snow-Dog on this morning’s walk, and this image shows the tell-tale hat and ponytail of the Abominable Snow-Dog-Walker.
Obviously I can’t shoot photos of the back of my own head, so thanks to J for snapping that second photo.

He’s so handsome, even covered in snow. Cute back shot of you, too – your hair’s getting long! I went out walking for about 90 minutes while it was snowing and I was pretty well covered head to toe in snow myself.

I don’t know how Reggie got that from-behind shot of you, but you’ve got a talented dog.

Ha! I like the idea of Reggie taking that picture. If only I had thought of that before I posted… 🙂
And yes, the hair is getting longer & longer. I’m long overdue for a trim, but it keeps getting pushed to the bottom of my to-do list, trumped by other obligations. If only hair took care of itself…
Today’s dog-walk challenge was navigating the huge plow-dunes at the end of the driveway & at every intersection. It felt a bit like mountaineering. 😉

You shoulda kept quiet. I was thinking you rigged up some terminally clever way to take that picture, like maybe a camera on a windowsill up and behind you, a timer, etc.
